What do the gift box kits look like?
Some kits now come with a gift box upgrade option. These kits come with everything you know and expect from our embroidery kits but are in a high-quality custom box and sleeve as seen below.

Yes! After 1.5 years of selling Stitched Up Kits online, we are so excited to step into the retail world with a tested and considered product. If you are interested in becoming a future stockist, please email us customerservice@stitchedupkits.com (or go to the contact us page).
Where are your kits made?
Entering Discount/Gift Card Code
If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout and your order total will change.
What can I do if my discount code isn't working?
Gift Cards are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code or Gift Card, please contact us at customerservice@stitchedupkits.com.
Can I change my order?
As our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders. However, depending on the situation you can send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
Where is my package?
We provide you with a tracking code so you are able to see where your product is while transiting. If it has been over 2 weeks contact us and we will help you out!
What do I do if I receive a faulty or broken item in my kit?
Please email us ASAP with your order number and the product name, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the default.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation email, along with tracking details for your order.
