What is included in your kits?
To get you started on your embroidery journey, all our kits include:
- Cotton Fabric with a printed pattern to follow (washes off with water)
- Coloured cotton threads
- Embroidery needles
- Easy step by step instructions
- Bamboo Embroidery hoop (size will change depending on design)
Not sure which kit is for you?
We have made 3 different 'levels' of difficulty and ranked all our kits to help you choose where to start. The main difference between the levels are the amount of techniques the kits use, but more so the amount of time they take to complete.
While all kits are all designed to be beginner friendly, and we do believe you could do any kit without prior experience, we also understand that not everyone wants a challenge the first time they start. Ultimately, we advise to choose a kit with a design that you love, as that above all else will motivate you to finish it!
Level 1 - Completely beginner friendly
If you have never embroidered before, any kit here is a great place to start! They are significantly less involved and have fewer stitching techniques than other kits, so you won't feel disheartened or get discouraged by the size of the task at hand. If you are a more experienced embroiderer, you can definitely still enjoy these kits - you will find them very relaxing and satisfying! Kits that fit this description include:

Okay so you have embroidered before or you are good at sewing, or maybe this is your first time and you want a challenge. All kits in this category involve more techniques than the level 1 kits, and more overall time to complete:

When will my order be posted?
All our packages are posted the next business day after ordering from Sydney.
We offer Standard Shipping (5 - 10 business days, $7-10) and Express Shipping (2 -3 business days, $15) Australia wide.
International shipping is $15 and takes 5-10 business days pending on your location. Visit the DHL website for more information on international shipping times if needed.
After your order has been packed and sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details and a link to the couriers site so you can easily keep and eye on your order!
How long do they take to embroider?
Each pattern is different and depending on your skill level they may take anywhere from 5 - 12+ hours to complete. Take your time, and enjoy the process :)
What are your business hours for contacting you?
Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm, excluding public holidays. Please email us if you have any enquiries. Sometimes it takes us longer to get through our social platform messages.
Do you do Wholesale?
We are in the process of upgrading our packaging to be more suitable to be sold in stores! If you are interested in becoming a future stockist, please email us email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as we are ready for orders.
Where are your kits made?
Our kits are assembled in our factory in Yiwu by our really loving team. Orders are processed and dispatched in Sydney.
Entering Discount/Gift Card Code
If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout and your order total will change.
What can I do if my discount code isn't working?
Gift Cards are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code or Gift Card, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my order?
As our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders. However, depending on the situation you can send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
Where is my package?
We provide you with a tracking code so you are able to see where your product is while transiting. If it has been over 2 weeks contact us and we will help you out!
What do I do if I receive a faulty or broken item in my kit?
Please email us ASAP with your order number and the product name, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the default.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation email, along with tracking details for your order.
